Our development program called the Academy of Life Skills – Back to Basics, is designed to support both mainstream school leavers and NDIS participants with disabilities as they transition from school into adulthood and the workforce.
This program bridges the critical gaps between parenting, education, and real-world expectations — focusing on life skills, job readiness, communication, financial management, and independence. We also connect participants with Disability Employment Services (DES) for long-term support.
Our goal is to empower young people to not only be job-ready, but life-ready — confident, capable, and independent. Whether a student is just leaving school or has been out for a while, the Academy offers practical tools for thriving in work and life.
